"The call center stated that the delivery would be around 12 noon. I hadn’t heard from anyone after waiting 3 hours. When the technician finally called, I was able to reschedule the delivery. Once he was able to come and bring the equipment, he was professional. There is poor communication between the call center promising that the delivery will be at one time and the person delivering the equipment is on their own schedule."
