"At the drive thru. Gave up trying to explain what Double protein was. She asked me what I meant. Maybe the girl at the drive thru was new but I mean to her left there was a PICTURE explaining what it was. When I pointed out to her she said it was for protein bowl. Really? There is a picture of the sandwich there.. food is good but they also forgot to put the garlic aioli for the SANDWICH that says THE GREAT GARLIC (number 8). Do your job RIGHT guys, listen to your customers and make effort to read your material."
"We ordered two subs that we're supposed to be toasted through the drive-thru. When we took them home we saw that they were not toasted. When I called the manager and asked for the subs to be replaced the next day since I live 10 miles away and it was near closing time, she proceeded to call me a liar. And said that she would not replace anything. The level of disrespect that was displayed over the phone was outrageous. If the way she talks to her customers is dirty I could only imagine their kitchen."
