"I’ve been on my job 15 years talking bout couldn’t verify job and oh my they ask your references 5 questions and told me I didn’t qualify cause people didn’t answer the phone they act like people don’t work and just because they call stop what your do n and answer oh my and the item was only $220 cash price I was really kinda shocked because thought I had applied for bank loan instead of an item then ask tired job another 10 questions oh my is it really that serious where you tell your customers thank you but I don’t trust you either YW"

"I was 7 days late, called to see what my options were & I was accused of trying to steal items. The woman threatened me by saying I’ll be on the Lubbock mugshots page on Facebook for stealing. She also said that Lubbock PD will pull me over soon for being 7 days late. I tried to even change my payment schedule and she refused to help me. She just kept threatening me. I can’t wait until my contract is over, hopefully I’ll be able to pay it off early. Once it’s done I wouldn’t make another purchase. The customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth…"
