"I was 7 days late, called to see what my options were & I was accused of trying to steal items. The woman threatened me by saying I’ll be on the Lubbock mugshots page on Facebook for stealing. She also said that Lubbock PD will pull me over soon for being 7 days late. I tried to even change my payment schedule and she refused to help me. She just kept threatening me. I can’t wait until my contract is over, hopefully I’ll be able to pay it off early. Once it’s done I wouldn’t make another purchase. The customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth…"
