"Kids don't pay attention to what they doing too busy gossiping ordered for take out and the order was wrong had to wait another 15 minutes for food! Bad customer service"
"Pizza was good. But My little brother put an order online. Online said it was ready for pick up. We get there and the pizza was never put in the oven. Had to wait another 10 mintues."
"General manager called me today to inquire about my last visit. I feel great that they took their time to find put how it went. It is small things that count and it is a blessing that they care about their customers and their opinions."
"Even though there was a small mess up with my order and had to wait another 10 min for a new one, I was not bothered at all. Employees were so sweet and handled the issue right away and were as sweet as ever. One being the manager (I’m assuming) & another employee by the name of Nick. Excellent customer service, will definitely always pick this location."
"Pizzas are the majority of the time good from this location. The customer service isn’t there. Had the worst service when they kicked me out for not wearing a mask. This was a while back but still, they didn’t ASK they just simply yelled at me to get out. At that point, masks were optional everywhere!"
