"Okay yall, this is the place I'll go to FROM NOW ON!! I'm full-time in a 38ft 5er and the man who works the desk at the front is my hero!! I've been fulltime for over 5yrs and I've learned waaayyy too much about what can and will go wrong in an RV. I've bought parts online and at a couple of local places and now I won't go anywhere else! This man answers ALL my silly questions ( they aren't silly to me at the time of course) and has NEVER ONCE treated me like a 'dumb Ole girl'! He doesn't try to up-sell or push stuff on me that I don't need. He's honest and I appreciate that. I haven't had a need for service yet but these are the people I'll call if it comes up. There's a couple places here that sell parts and RV's that have been here for a minute that I now don't trust AT ALL. Both are located off I27 and near the Loop and I don't recommend either of them anymore. Call these guys if you need help."

"Unbelievable customer service and length of time to repair and or service is outstanding. I used them for the first-time last year to replace my awning, coach battery, and have a loveseat installed in place of the dinette. It only took ten days from drop off to pick up and that included ordering, receiving, and installing! They did a superb job. I took it in for general maintenance this year before planning any trips to check for any leaks, AC, roof, service generator, LP, jacks, water heater,... I dropped it off about 10 am and picked it up that same day about 4 pm. I highly recommend them to anyone."
