"We had a really loud GE fridge with a broken ice maker that Science Appliance fixed for us. It wasn’t cheap — mostly because of the GE parts costing an arm and a leg! — but it was worth it for the customer service. It kept acting up and they had to come out a few more times to work on it but didn’t charge anything beyond the initial service charge. Their repair guys were professional, friendly, and communicative. The main office responded quickly and got people out here as soon as they could. We’ll be using them again in the future!"
