"We were told the cook lost our ticket. We waited a whole hour for our food. They were pretty busy. But bc of that we made sure to order as soon as we sat down. We ordered drinks and food.The waiter was sweet and apologized. We got our food to go instead and left. The food was pretty good. Not looking for a free handout but a little discount would have been nice for all the inconvenience we even missed our movie we had gotten tickets for ahead of time."
"The server Amber was too loud, correcting other coworkers, making the environment feel hostile and unnerving. Made it hard to enjoy the food with all the yelling around the restaurant. Amber wasn't even my server and I know her name!! My server did an amazing job and she still yelled at him because he didn't put enough sugar out on the tables. The sugar container was literally too full!"
"The last visit I had to ihop on JBS was around 3am and it was PACKED. I usually worry about crowded places due to service errors but this was no problem for the crew on site! The manager was more than pleasant and helpful as well as talking very highly about her crew which was a nice change of atmosphere from most places. The cooks do AMAZING every time I mean BEAUTIFUL WORK. genuine art of food. I can’t stress how amazing this location has been to me and my wife and how worth the hour drive is from our town to Odessa. I wish I’d gotten the ladies name we spoke to for a while that might. She deserves a raise."
"My family and I went to have breakfast this morning. We expected a wait considering it's Sunday morning and we're pleasantly surprised when it was only going to be 10-15 minutes. We were seated and our server took our drink order. A few minutes later we received our drinks and put in our food order. That was the last time our server talked to us. After an hour a lady working expo finally checked on us. That's when we were informed that our food order was nonexistent. Again our server disappeared. At this point it had been an hour and a half. We asked that our order be canceled and they just said "ok" and walked away. I don't appreciate that my family was ignored and we will not be returning."
