"For once they were not taking forever, but my son asked for the crunchy burritos two of them without any vegetables. When I got my order, I checked his one burrito was just fine full of me the second one was broken in pieces and barely any meat in it nothing like the first burrito. I’ve asked if they can correct it one of their little girls on the line, caught a whole attitude snatched the burrito off the counter when she started making it, I’ve been asked her if she can add lettuce because my son then changed his mind just for the one that she was correcting. I told her if she could add it she caught a whole attitude, rolled her eyes and was not trying to even be discreet about it. I told her if it’s going to be a problem, she can leave it alone or get someone else, she yelled back at me while it wasn’t on the order I didn’t even see any lettuce on it. I said that is fine but if it’s gonna be a problem you can put the food down and I told her she had the right one today cause I’m not with the foolishness . Amber was her name the young little heifer that was on the line the manager that was on duty her name was Abby and she did give me the district managers name which is David. I will be waiting for a response because that was definitely disrespectful. If I wasn’t mistaken, it was nothing but Mexican people in there and she didn’t have no issues with anybody else that was questioning or having questions about their food but the one and only Black people that were in there. Oh, she wanted to get rowdy with. Yes and I’m definitely taking it there because it was definitely noticed . Out of character and out of line and my son was right there witnessing the whole thing."

"I got 8 tacos and ordered enough sauce packets for one for each.. although I ordered enough for two.. what's the point of getting a taco..with no sauce... this was extremely disappointing because I work 14 days at a time 16 hrs a day... (Order was thru Uber eats)"

"I made an online order and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving my house. I kept watching the app, waiting for an update, I just figured it wasn't working. It's a 7 minute drive to Taco Bell, so I've waited for 17 minutes so far. I go in, people everywhere, I was looking for the zombies! Nobody had any food nor were they eating. Nobody is in line so i go to the register. I'm not even joking, it took 12 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. I told them I had an online order, she pointed to a sign that basically said, you're going to be waiting for 20-45 minutes to get your order. So, I mathed and figured, okay, a little over 30 minutes since I made my order, I only have to wait around 15 minutes. Nope, it took exactly another 37 minutes for them to get the order out. While it was hot and fresh and the food was okay, it just took entirely too long to execute a single order. They need to change something in that store because the current system is not working."
