"I got a quarter pound with bacon and a caramel macchiato because that’s what I usually order from this chain but they made everything wrong, my burger didn’t have bacon, my coffee tasted horrible and they refused to change it. I rather drive elsewhere; this specific location sucks. The employees refused to help, and the manager suggested to call a 1-800 number but she didn’t provide it entirely, Viviana was the name of the manager."
"I was sent to wait in a parking #1. Waited over 15 minutes, called in they apologized, said there were many orders for Fish Filets, which I doubted. Said your order will be there in 3 minutes, took Another 10 minutes. I will never go to that particular McDonald's again, I have had another incident happen before."
"Really slow and some employees were extremely rude to my wife and I. It's the the only McDonald's near us but if I have to drive down to Alameda then so be it, Better service and will probably be back home before the line is done."
"Only McDonald's for miles upon miles, and in a small town, so the drive-thru in this restaurant always causes traffic problems through the main through-street. Service is very slow, and customer service is lacking at best. The fries have always been cold, and the serving sizes are always shorted. I would recommend you get a better tasting burger from the locally owned restaurants, for sure!!"
