"Arrived at the counter to be told by the employee who is currently on the clock be informed paid at a 24 hours establishment “that she can not make me a sandwich because she has stuff to do in the back. “What a wild turn of events."
"They need one hour for shift change apparently, if that's even a thing, waited approximately 20 minutes at the counter and nobody was there, I called and nobody responded, then I asked the cashier if the subway was closed and she went inside to get someone, finally someone came out just to say they were doing shift change and that it would take another 30 minutes fefore they could serve us, we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service."
