"We are staying here in Van Horn for the night, arrived pretty late into town, and Cactus Cantina was one of the only places open (according to Google). After reading other reviews we thought we'd give it a try. AMAZING staff, awesome pizza (we got a veggie pizza to share) and everyone was SO friendly (shout out to Jesse and Yolanda!!). If you're ever driving through just for the night make sure you stop at the Cactus Cantina!! What a wonderful experience!!! "
"This is NOT a Mexican restaurant. Cactus Cantina is more of a Mexican themed American sports bar, with pizza and burgers as the prime options. $30 gets you a couple beers on tap and a generous thin crust personal pizza. Stop by and refuel, but don't expect to get even nachos if you're craving Mexican cuisine like I was."
"Fell upon this place out of desperation. Were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, service and menu choices. People were friendly and burgers were juicy and delicious and fries were very good as well. Will be back and highly recommended in this small town where choices are very limited."
