"rude! they don’t even greet you with a smile and they don’t even know the menu… i ordered one of those on the menu and he keeps asking me if i want that or that … its a premade menu so it means i want everything on it! i just went there for a to go order and coz they are kinda rude decided not to give a tip… and yep the 2 people like told me “she’s stingy” in front of my face after paying for the order! don’t expect a tip if your service is not good in the first place and it is optional! first bad experience on a subway…."
"I do curbside alot so I don't have to get kids out of the car. Huge problem with missing items and getting ahold of someone in the store is impossible. They don't answer the phone even if it's a ghost town inside. Paying $30-$40 for sandwiches and not getting my complete order is very upsetting."

"Employee was rude and had a bad attitude. She was rushing me even though I was the only person in line. I asked her what her name was and she said “Deserae, do I need to spell it out for you”. There was no manager in the store. I will never come back to this place. Ghetto!!!! Left without buying anything."
"Ordered an “All-American club” on the app. I don’t usually order from the app, but I added avocado to my sandwich. I get home with the sandwich and there’s no avocado, no cheese, and no bacon (which of course the club comes with bacon; screenshot). To add to that, there was hardly any meat on the sandwich (refer to photo). When I called the store to ask what they could do, if anything, and the lady on the phone told me there’s “nothing they can really do about it” and “she’s not the one who made it sooo…”. Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway, and after the phone call, the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Will be going to a different Subway or at least inside from now on so I can actually see what they are doing to the sandwich."
