"Ordered originally from uber, mcdonalds tells the driver they gave my food to someone else and they're not gonna do anything about it. Wow! So I was determined to get my kids mcdonalds. Ordered through the mcdonalds app go thru the drive thru to get it , and half the order is missing. Had to go inside finally manager comes out young black girl, she knows which order I'm in there for I hear her tell the other worker yeah I saw it go out like that. So she knew they weren't giving the customers everything they Ordered. Sad to say accidents happen but this was no accident they're ripping people off intentionally."
"I went in to order a coffee, the young lady walked me over to the machine so that I could place my own order, instead of just taking my order herself as there was no one there. She then went to the kitchen, I waited for a while and then had to ask someone about my coffee. The young lady came back out and said "oh sorry sir. I'll get that right away." She had gone to the back and was chatting with another employee. I had no Idea McDonalds was self serve. What next? Self prepare?"
"Ordered an online pickup for 25 sausage biscuits at 5:30AM. Drove through the pick up line at 6:30AM. It is now 7:06AM and I still don’t have my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service ever. And this is why Chick-fil-A and Whataburger are taking McDs business"
"It took over 15 min to receive food. It appeared they can't keep up with the digital orders. That's too long for "fast food" I was going to dine in until it took to long and I had to leave."
"These people will ask you what sauce you want and you tell them and when it comes to getting your food you must check to see if there’s the sauce you asked for because if not they won’t even put any in there so what’s the point of them asking you when your ordering if there not gonna put some in your bag and than they be messing up my order forgetting a happy meal or a drink just today they gave me a drink where it wasn’t even full all the way and than fries that aren’t filled to the top"
