"They do not open at 6AM like it states online and on the big lit neon sign above the drive through window that says 6:00AM and two more signs on the windows. Actually they weren’t even open at 8AM. And while I was at the window for 8 minutes I finally called the posted phone number with no answer then I drove over the thing on the floor to get somebody’s attention and somebody did finally walk by with an angry face and made a gesture with her hands for me to cut it out… she could have at the very least come to say sorry we’re running late today or not opening today or something.. anything. Very ugly attitude very unprofessional. Never again."
"Fantastic! I don't understand the negative reviews at all. First time here and we're extremely satisfied with the food, the service, the atmosphere, and cleanliness. I had chicken fajitas plate and my husband had the combination burrito plate. Big portions, and presented well. Such good flavor. The salsa and chips are great! We love the salsa here! So so good! Very good prices! We recommend Jalisco's Cafe... we'll visit again for sure!"
