"Came in with my boyfriend a few minutes before closing , asked two workers if they could make me a drink, both ignored me. My boyfriend wrote a review and the owners think its okay to respond sarcastically and say i stood their without ordering. Yes because i was being ignored , i waited for 4 minutes for someone to communicate with me before he had to come back in and confirm yall were closed. Trust me i work with people every day and i know what its like but this is the first business ive been to that allows their employees to ignore customers and doesn’t take the complaint seriously at all. very terrible customer service all the way around. , they definitely don’t appreciate their paying customers!"

"Went in for the first time! I was excited to finally get the chance to try one of these famous, tasteful Boba drinks. And just my luck, they had run out of Boba. I tried looking for a menu but no menu on site. You have to order from a kiosk. It was a bit tough for me to order through there since I've never tried their drinks, but I was able to handle my order. My husband ordered mangonada and I ordered the strawberry cloud. Overall experience I must say, not great, only because they ran out of Boba. The place is neat and cute though. Will go again some day and maybe they will have Boba this time."
