"one thing i do got to say is i was very disappointed on who delivered our food i wanted them to just leave at the front but the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip even though I already gave a tip so my boyfriend put an extra five dollar tip for him like that is completely disgusting. He called my boyfriend saying can you meet me at the front knowing I asked for contactless delivery because I don’t want to be contacted, but yet he still did it and asked for a tip at the end even though I already gave him a $10 tip, so how’s that for a stupid Pizza Hut"
"I ordered a personal pan pizza for lunch today with 3 other pizzas in front of my order. It took 50 minutes for my for my order to be made. While I was waiting, I witnessed a Pizza Hut employee trying to take a delivery phone order for two pizzas which took the better part of 20 minutes. Ultimately this resulted in the inability to process the customers credit card over the phone. The details of the credit card were requested 4 separate times. The employee had to repeatedly ask the customer to repeat their order as this employee struggled to input the order into the POS. If you work on Fort Bliss and have a limited amount of time for lunch, I highly recommend choosing something besides this Pizza Hut."
"I ordered a pizza at 6 and didn’t get it til 8:30 and the owner came by with the driver saying I threatened them. I did not say anything to threaten someone’s life as they claim. They lied and brought my order late. I will never order from them again rude and trying to put me in the wrong. They are terrible and I suggest to order from another location. Also no mushrooms and the pizza isn’t fresh"
"Our pizza arrived 20min after the scheduled delivery time. Along with that, the pizza ordered was the spicy pizza and they just didn’t care for measuring. Our pizza was so spicy it was difficult to even eat it. We had to pull most of the peppers off and scrape off a ton of red pepper just to eat it. I understand we ordered a spicy pizza but they really didn’t care."
