"What a great experience! Tired of replacing my big box retailer vacuum every year or less I visited Imperial for the first time today in hopes of finding a "real" vacuum cleaner. I met the (very knowledgeable) owner and he quickly hooked me up with a great machine and the confidence that I could count on them going forward for my vacuum needs. I have gone through a variety of Dyson and Shark vacuums, cordless and corded. The latest was this Shark. One can see clearly where it broke, this after only a few months of use. For contrast, I included a picture of the same part on my new Miele cordless. The quality engineering on the Miele over the Shark is obvious."
