"Britkare has to be the worst company I have had to deal with. It took several months for the company to get my order to me. Now they billed me without my knowledge. They stated that some insurance companies require things to be billed separately. This is the first time in 3 years that it has ever happened. When I contacted billing, Lynn was snarky and rude while speaking with me. She stated that I did get the invoice when in fact I did not. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, they were out of the office (how convenient), and her supervisor’s supervisor was out as well. People are treated like garbage from this company, and the supervisor and the owners do not care. If you have other home medical supplies options, please use them and stay away from Britkare."

"I have been trying to get my monthly supplies for 3 months. The first month they were 1 week late and they told me they had to reset my shipping date because of that. The second month they were 3 days late and they had to reset the shipping date again. this month the supplies were due on the 12th. It's now the 21st and I still haven't received my supplies after multiple calls. I would change suppliers if I knew another one."

"I have a nebulizer that stopped working it was replaced the second one did the same thing I called they came with a new one. They tried to convince me it was blowing out smoke and it was not. I didn't see it they said it was barley and it was working nothing they could do they were not going to replace it the guy they sent told me he was the driver and didn't work in respiratory the office said they had to trust him also they told me it was the medicine that I was using. It was the same thing I used for 2 years. The machine was not working. I was looking at some of the reviews from others in the past the comments that were favorable were responded the negatives were not."
