"Christmas shopping fail! A young lady left a clothing tack on the floor by the cart she was working on, and I stepped right on it. It hurt like heck, and penetrated my foot through my shoe. One cashier through her hands up, and said I was making a big deal out of nothing. Not only was this incident painful, but two of the workers were rolling their eyes and making inappropriate comments. It took over 20 minutes for a manager to show up with an incident form. Allyson told me she'd just fill it out herself, and told me someone would call me. I hope the competition is not as negligent!"
