"(Worst customer service) Never got my order, and I paid a lot of money. Called multiple times for an update and they were all extremely rude and said that I had to wait.Got two emails that my order got delayed and then later found out that my entire order had expired without letting me know and I still don’t get my money back till their temporary hold goes away. Do not order from them. They rip you off."
"I love shopping at American Eagle at Westgate Mall. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in and treated well by the staff. An employee named Alex goes above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience is enjoyable."
"School field trip have a total of 6 students. Plenty of employees and not one customer. We tried to get an employee to speak to our kids about working in a clothing store and were immediately shut down. Did not want to support the students at all just a BLUNT NO. Absolutely will not be shopping in this facility and so shameful on your stores behalf."

"I dont like it. perfume sprayed everywhere and goofy mannequins starring judgmentally at you for wearing pajamas and a hoodie everywhere... So yea 5 stars cuz my brother likes this place i guess... Edit: oops that was hollister i meant... I cant tell these two places apart but the last part is still relevant."
