"Went in with a friend earlier today and workers didn’t greet, didn’t even smile at us. I didn’t feel welcome but my friend wanted to shop around so I followed along. Not only did they not greet us or at least smile, they didn’t offer a fitting room. We had to ask for one and when we went to see how the items fit on my friend, we were disgusted by how filthy the room was. It was horrifying. I told her to just put the clothes back so we can leave because what kind of business is this?! We will gladly steer clear from this store and shop elsewhere. Super gross and not welcoming AT ALL!"

"Workers were so rude, felt like I was not welcomed into the store at all. Most employees were just sitting around on their phones, not even helping customers. Store was a complete mess and the fitting rooms were extremely dirty. I’ve never been into a store where I wasn’t greeted. The gal that I believe was management has no business as a manager. Pretty sure they were vaping in the store as well. I could’ve sworn I saw one of the girls hold her hand to her mouth for a moment while looking around. Looks like vaping to me. Never coming back here ever again."

"2 days before Christmas & one cashier. 10 customers in line while two employees standing around more concerned about how customers were lined up instead of opening a second register. Lol. Sat stuff down & walked out. What a joke!"

"Love the store and the cloths its one of my favorite stores that i go into every time i go to the Moll they have all kids of sizes for big and small women. My only concern is that the manager they have in the store is not a nice or polite person yesterday 3/9/2018 me and my friend went shopping and we dint know how time had flu by so fast and to be honest we dint look at the time, well we where looking at some pants and my friend accidentally bumped into this so called Manager Maria and my friend said that she was sorry with a smile on her face, and Maria just looked her up and down with a mad face and kept walking we thought it was rude, at the time we dint know she was the Manager in till we asked. All of the other employees where super nice i understand that it was past nine and they had to close the store, but even tho the other employees had a smile on there face and asking people if they had find everything okay when checking out. I my self work as a CSR and that is no way to treat customers! Especially if we are going in the store and buying merchandise."
