"It's pretty bad when you have an employee yelling at the staff in front of customers. Then the same employee who yelled at the staff spill HOT oil trying to clean. Obviously these managers have no idea how to manage a team or guide their team members to become better at their job. Instead, there is a big turn around and nothing but bulling. It's no wonder the food is horrible. Whoever owns this store needs to do better or just shut down until someone who knows how to run a small fast food business comes along. As I stated before do better."
"Really I don't know about your experience but for me was terrible. First time I buy food there and will be last... pictures talking for me. Bought a 24pk with cheese French fries and fries was cold, soggy and taste horrible, never see the cheese on it. Wings was overcook and very hard to bite and swallow. For me they have -200% recommended. Glad to those had a very great experience buying food there. Waste my money there...."
"Ordered online and please be aware! May not fulfill your expectations. Estimated time for order to be ready was 30-35mins. Upon arrival, the workers were joking around and not attentive to guests walking in. The front desk associate informed us there was still a 10-15min eta. Our order was two bags, one was on the shelf ready to go and kitchen staff did not alert for the second bag that was ready. Food was dying at the window and order did not come with voodoo fries as ordered. Just be aware…. Long wait times, inaccurate orders, and cold soggy dying food."
"We ordered online for takeout 8-wing combo with a deal including free voodoo fries. The chain is set in a dated retail center. The dine in area is pretty bare bones and tore up, and not very clean. From what I could see of the kitchen it looked pretty grimy, too. Picking up the order was pretty awkward as they thought I was a delivery driver at first. The food itself was decent, kind of small wings for the price. The flavors were fine, a little on the sweet side. The flavor in the voodoo fries was pretty good, but they have a soft french fry so it was all kind of mushy. I'd consider going back for an online deal."
"Cashier was friendly. Wings were excellent. The fries were really tasty. Restaurant was clean. We will be back! Update: It is freezing in there. Not sure why there is no heat. The air coming through the vents makes it so you cannot wait or eat comfortably. The food is still good though."
