"The employee that served us, Hayden, was excellent!! My wife has dietary restrictions and he was very understanding and more than accommodating even giving suggestions. It's rare to find real customer service anymore and we're glad Hayden practices it. Also, the other person that was working in the kitchen, John, was incredibly nice as well and had no problems with the special accommodations. Both of these gentlemen, I was able to conversate with, understand customer service. We need more employees like John and Hayden!! We will definitely come back!!!"
"Location was OK right off the freeway. The guy came from dry through to the front counter to take. My order was very polite. Food was great hot and fresh. The only problem I had with this location was while I was waiting for my food. Another gentleman came in to order his. Food and the young lady at the counter that was helping them. Didn't ask if he was ready. She just stood there and complete silence. Took his order didn't give him the amount of the order and didn't say thank you at the end. Maybe she couldn't speak or maybe she was just rude. You're not happy at your job. Look for something else, but the food was great."
"Everytime I come here I am greeted in a professional manner even when they are swamped drive thru and interior. Jerome is one of the most professional and polite men I have met at a fast food establishment even when people are shooting orders out quickly. The interior cashiers are just as great although I do not know those women's names. I have never had an issue with an order coming out incorrectly or otherwise cold. I would rate 10/5 just on employees alone."
"Food is just like any other fast food place. Brats seemed old. Kraut was old. Definitely wouldn’t eat here again. One of the employees decided they were special when dropped off. So since there so special they blocked not one but 2 handicapped spots after they flew into the parking lot almost hitting my wife and I. The people on the line in back are extremely loud and use copious amounts of foul and vulgar language. For sure won’t ever go back here."
