Taco Villa

"It all started when I made a phone call to see if they had there computer up the lane says I can't understand you and I spoke again and complete sentences and see hung up on me I'll just respectful and rude was that and last time when we went to go eat there the food tasted terrible like if it was sitting there since yesterday and the atmosphere was yucky because the workers didn't leave the baggage at the door when they came in and don't get me started on the terrible terrible I was the only one in line everybody was standing around doing nothing and myself my husband had to wait and wait and wait can you take the order we are usually very easy to please people but this experience was one of the worst I have a terrible food and terrible atmosphere and terrible service this will be the perfect place to go for you word retrain your employees to not be extremely rude and disrespectful toward any customer in the store or on the phone. Everyone has the right to be treated with respect unless otherwise show they themselves to be rude and disrespectful. Other than that take some Pepto-Bismol with you just in case"

"Pass right on by when you see this place because you'll be better off going to Taco Bell! Smh.. Way too much money for what they give you. We ordered burritos. The tortillas were refrigerator cold and they hardly had any meat. If that's the best this place can do, they need to find another line of work, because that's embarrassing."

"I don't live here but when we come here to work we go to taco villa the one on 1-40 was the worst one i ever ate at order cheese fries got some nasty burrito the girl makala that worked there tonight about 945 was so rude and was yelling at us and even yelled at the manager another man brought his food back cause it was wrong i didn't get a chance to check mine and take back cause they where closing and locked the door this is the worst taco villa ever we ate there last week same ordeal figured they where tired and let it go but twice in 2 weeks ! I have never been treated so bad in a restaurant before in my life will never go back and its only the night shift .the manager was real nice and apologized but all the workers back there where rude and acting like makala bad place. they shouldnt even have a night shift cause they put all the food away early so your gonna get whats left over"

"I like Taco Villa in general but this location has THE best staff. They always ask if all is good after I get my order and sit down. They are always cleaning and refilling the products and condiment bar. Truly impressive!!!"
