"Customer service was horrible, ordered my food,30 minute wait for hot dog. Plus when they come out I asked for ketchup and she said “it’s in the bag” and walked away before I could look and see, I see that there was no ketchup. Stomach was upset after that food."
"Well I went there today and I ordered my meal and they got it wrong so I told them and then they wanted to change me because she said it they didn't hear myorder so they had to change me for the rest of my meal when I had ordered it so instead of just giving me my order right they never gave me the rest of my meal then I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager why would she lye like that I hope nobody gets treated like I did I give this place no stars"
"IT took a long time to receive our order and the food wasn't hot. It was barely warm. Sadly the manager was the only one on car hop and seemed to have been working all day and was doing her level best."
"We purchased four shakes, everything was amazing except I had gotten an oreo cheesecake shake only to find out later there was no oreos in my shake. Pretty good cheesecake shake though. Keep trying guys I'm sure you can get that order right!"
"The s location and is amazing. It is so clean and taken care of.. They get your order right the first time and very friendly car hops. Well worth joining them for breakfast, lunch or a quick dinner."
