"Placed an online order with them since and for the past three orders they have been wrong! Never complained before but this time they really did it, ordered a large supreme and got a large pepperoni, if I’m paying full price for a supreme then I expect a supreme nothing less. Called to have them remake it and the supervisor was rude and sounded like she didn’t care about fixing it and I wasn’t even offered an apology. They need to replace that supervisor immediately since her customer service skills are pathetic. Never going back to them they have lost me as a client!"
"So I guess the business model for the newly built Pizza Hut is get it right sometimes! Have ordered three pizzas over the past 2 weeks. Every single one has been wrong. I ordered two pizzas tonight the first one was correct the second one not so much. I ordered pepperoni beef and black olives. I received 1 topping and it was Italian sausage. Really? Did you not read the ticket. I didn’t order Italian sausage on either of my pizzas. If you try to call them to tell them about there mistake they hang up on you or the flat out do not care. The old Pizza Hut never got my order wrong. I don’t like this new rebranded Pizza Hut and the lazy people they employ. Not worth the headache for me anymore."
