"What is up with Subway??? The employees were complaining they were over worked and under paid. No bread, meats I felt bad in a way but didn’t like the way one was talking about the place. Where is the district manager? Where is the shift manager? Other customer were turned away because they were out of product. Some customers said they had been to other locations and the same thing there what’s going on subway????"
"Ordered online for about a $60 order. I waited for over 30 minutes in the curbside parking and the app said it was ready. I called and they told me they were out of the bread I ordered…. I waited almost an hour just for them to tell me they were out of the bread I ordered? They couldn’t come out and explain the situation?? When I finally got my order there was no sorry about the wait or confusion or anything! Just handed it to me and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude."
"The 2 young employees were very professional and very knowledgeable about their work i was really impressed with their customer service in the greeting and service time getting in and out that I will be back at that location on western and hillside across from sonic and the rest of a wonderful day visiting that subway what great inspiration they left me with these two employees it was a young lady & young man"
"They always miss ingredients in my sandwich. No lettuce at all when I requested extra and 3 pickles when I requested extra. How hard is it to read a screen? How hard is it to give the PAYING customer what they are PAYING FOR?!?! The kids you have working there are lazy and they do this intentionally. Why doesn’t the anyone answer the phone? Is there even a manager on duty during the day?"
"I have to give a star. The second time ever going here. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Rude Rude customer service if I had not ordered on line and paid for it I would have left. The owners need to have a second look at the way they train their employees. 3 there and you have to wait 35 minutes or longer. Holy moly. This place nasty"
