"Went in during lunch and no one was in the foyer. No workers at the counter either. Shelly came to the front looking bothered. Ordered the chicken fried steak meal since it’s been awhile since visiting and bowl combo for my daughter. I forgot the meal came with Cole slaw. I asked her for a second mash because I don’t like Cole slaw. She said she had to charge me extra. I declined and asked for a refund. She grabbed the food and slammed it in the trash. Shelly would rather throw away a whole meal than to sub the Cole slaw that was in my container. She had the nerve to include, “In the future just know it’s an extra charge for substituting out the Cole slaw.” Shelly was rude and lacked customer service for my interaction. I hadn’t been in a while and for sure know I won’t be stopping it at least at this location."
"Ordered a mashed potato bowl and paid extra to add nuggets. Got home. No nuggets and it was tiny... looked like a kids meal... i Ate it in about two bites and still hungry... guess I'll head to Popeyes"
"Seriously what is the point of giving someone nasty chicken? Do you think we don't work hard for our money? That our time & money are disposable? Well it's not and I also don't understand why give customers nasty chicken because then you lose a customer an eventually hours get cut and jobs get lost.. Do better KFC and stop wasting my money."
"Yummy food, great customer service and the store was nice and clean. Out front there is online customer pickup car parks and a drive in. The lady that served us was very nice and over all a great place. Thank you kfc!"
"Service was good, food was cold and drowning in gravy. There were 5 old or overcooked chicken bites in it. I also had macaroni which was the highlight of the meal and went I gave them 2 stars instead of 1."
