"Omg..At first I thought they gave me the wrong order, but after a closer look it was a potato not a roll.. I understand their cutting back and raising prices, but that had to be the smallest baked potato I’ve ever gotten from Wendy..I’ll find another place to spend my money.. you could starve eating there.."
"This location has really stepped up since their remodel. The staff is polite and they actually seem to enjoy being there. The evening staff has some room for improvement as they often get orders wrong but are pretty good at making things right if given the chance to do so."
"I ordered two loaded nacho cheeseburgers tonight, got home and they were made wrong. They both had a regular hamburger bun instead of the advertised jalapeno bun it's supposed to come with. I didn't even get a receipt for my order to leave feedback on their website. I could have taken it back but it's after 9pm and after working all day I just wanted to relax and enjoy my burger so I took my loss and ate it. I was really looking forward to trying this new menu item and it was made wrong. I won't be going back to this location, next time I'll stick with the location off I-40 that I normally go to."
"They are temporarily closed for remodeling. Please fix the Google hour. Other than that, I've had good service from this location before. Hope it does well."
