Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This particular Chipotle is terrible at making burritos. If you're coming here to order a bowl than you'll be fine. I really don't understand how this store could be so poorly managed with this level of inability to make the one thing they're most known for. This will probably change when they find better management but I won't be coming back. Twice was enough."

"Gluten-free this is a great place to be! Excellent service!! The staff changed their gloves and washed their hands thoroughly before serving us when we said that we were gluten-free ! They traded out the utensils they used on the line and they even have designated food service place in the back for gluten-free items. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly service."

"Placed an online orderand went to store. Waited until time order was supposed to be ready and entered store. Approached online order shelf and it was empty. I saw a burrito laying on the prep station half made and swarming with flies. I waited 10 minutes and then asked where my order was. The girls that were supposed to be working online orders suddenly appeared and showed the files from the burrito and then started adding more ingredients to the burrito. I asked if that was my order and was told yes. I instructed them to dispose of the burrito and make a fresh one as I had been inside for 10 minutes watching flies swarming it. Both the trainer and the trainee threw serious attitude before remaking the burrito. Manager was present yet did nothing to diffuse the situation. Every employee at this restaurant has a terrible attitude and no regard for customer service."

"I’m so furious. Chipotle I have gone to you for years. A team member made me wait for 10 orders behind mine before she checked me out. I understand waiting in line but waiting where I have to see 10 other orders be made is a waste of my time, and I could’ve been working for how long I waited just to get my food. Plus it was more cold having to travel to my house. Terrible service. I have never gone out of my way to make a google review, but really should’ve gotten my food for half price for being there for 30 minutes. Also schedule more people if you cannot handle with three people working. Do better as a business. Do better for your customers."

"We spent $40.00 on two bowls and a burrito. The burrito was the size of a small coke can, one bowl was only half filled but the other bowl was good. I understand prices have gone up but come on. The first bowl is the half and the second is the good one."
