"Picked up the NEW Big bacon Cheese burger my wife wanted to try . For nearly a $10 burger that was supposed to come with onion rings and two cheeses and what looks like a lot of bacon .we were very disappointed. NO onion rings no Cheese a couple pieces of bacon .where I enjoy Arby's beef and cheddar quit often this burger will not be on my list of repeats. Tried to call the store 4 times to complain busy signal each time . Looked like they were under staffed . Because the restaurant is completely on the opposite side of Amarillo 8 miles not worth the drive."

"I have to say I was very disappointed when I received my order. It was the worse I have ever experienced. The roast beef was so thick and tough. One of the staff members got an attitude cause I asked her was the curly fries fresh. SMH. The sad part is I ate here just a few hours earlier. There’s most definitely a difference in shifts cause the morning shifts was the best from the food to the service. Except for one of the members coming from outside not washing her hands. Glad she was handling my order but still that’s nasty. I will never eat at any Arby’s. The meat is as thick as some gyro meat be sliced. It tastes weird like that."
