"Went on a Thursday night and the place was pretty empty. Our server was new, but was trying to keep up with quite a few tables at the same time which resulted in slow service. She was great and was trying her best with the cards that were dealt. The food= Not good. Nobody in my party of 10 was satisfied and this is not what I've typically seen at a BWW. I ordered a salad and it was the saddest looking salad I've ever seen. The waitress agreed and was sympathetic. She offered to give me 2 more chicken strips, but when these came out, it was clear that the sauce was different than the strips/sauce on the salad. The kitchen sent out out some of the spiciest strips that they had and I don't believe that this was an accident. Bad food, but kudos to our waitress."

"This place needs to be inspected. Sauce on all the menus at the CLEAN tables. Food all over the floor. Clean up are below par. With call in or table orders, the service is really slow. Waitress kept walking by the table. We left. Filthy menus and filthy floors make you wonder about the kitchen. Would probably fail inspection."

"The absolute worst food I’ve had I ordered the sampler because they were out of boneless wings. The chicken tasted sour the nachos were cold and soggy as soon as it hit the table the cheese sticks were hard and rubbery from sitting and the onion rings had more of a funyon texture. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food and I’m pretty sure my food sat there the entire time. This used to be a great spot to go but after my last few visits I’m finished with them. My waitress was very sweet and attentive though!"

"So horribly overcooked that there was hardly any chicken at all! They left out the celery sticks and carrots! How can you have a wing without it so I had to go to the store which defeated the whole purpose of ordering out! For two of us to still be hungry after $35 worth of hot wings… terrible!"

"Friendly and polite staff. I sat at the bar and got a white Russian and the platter. Both tasted great. I liked the attention of the staff when asked for something specific. Definitely coming back."
