"If I could give zero stars I would!. Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. If I hadn't already paid on the app I would have left. While I was waiting I watched people on both sides put in orders, wait forever and then leave because they never got what they ordered. Ridiculous."
"When checking the bag to make sure you got all of your food after an order and realize you forgot to ask for sauce and ketchup. They already put it in. And napkins! Awesome"
"Seven other people in the lanes. No orders answered Alvara supposedly delivered our food 20 minutes before he actually did. He started swearing at another customer who asked about how long the food was gonna take. Saturday 12-33 at 930pm"
"This visit to the sonic in amarillo was the worst visit we have ever had. We ordered a blast and 2 sundaes. All 3 could have been drank through a straw. Both sundaes were not supposed to have cheeries. One of the sundaes had multiple cheeries throughout. This is unacceptable. Sonic you can do better."
"BEWARE of this location. I ordered a head a medium jumbo popcorn chicken, and cheese tots. I waited 10 minutes after they said they were on the way to my car with my food and still didn’t receive the other part of my order. I went to another stall because the button on mine was not working, sat there with no answer for 10 more minutes. Wasted my time and money. Staff is just a bunch of careless teenagers. mind you, it was not busy AT ALL."
