"The staff were arguing loudly in the dining room, and we only received a refill once during our entire meal, and only after we asked for it twice. The food was fantastic though. I think ordering to go will be better."
"I went with my family around 10pm and I asked for a “bacon temptation” and it looks like that somebody threw up in my plate. It was just scrambled egg with hash-browns, bacon on the side no tomate, and extra hash-browns on the side. Nasty."
"Savannah is one of my favorite waitresses because regardless how busy they are she has a smile, friendly and very attentive. There's an older gentleman that I have had who is amazing and gives the same service, exceptional and excellent personality. The food is good and any issues, which is rare for us, are resolved quickly with a smile. I go here often and enjoy it."
"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE management. It is actually insane how a manager could treat her employees so badly. She threw a banana at our waiter and yelled at us when we tried to speak to her. There was hair in my food, the food took forever to come out, the place is overall filthy, i could honestly keep going. Our waiter was the sweetest ever and was so patient with our large party. The night shift manager on 12/15/2023 deserves to be fired. Multiple employees came out and apologized for her behavior and even asked us to leave a review. They are all so mistreated and are actually scared to ask her for stuff, such as redoing ordering or even ordering new things. Adults who act like children should not be working in a busy environment, it’s honestly pathetic. Manager description: straight eyebrows,, dark skinned,, goes by moe. She works every friday and saturday, , her employees referred to these days as “hell.” She is a terrible person, and it’s not customers fault she is terrible at her job."
"It was around 12:40am when I arrived, I did get seated immediately. The restaurant only had 2 other tables, that were already eating, my food took over 20 minutes to arrive. My eggs & hashbrowns were over cooked. The $6 shake that I ordered wasn't worth the price, & looked nothing at all like the picture.The French Toast I have to say was fabulous, but I still feel the food is a bit over priced..The server was friendly, but never came back to check on how the food tasted, & asked me as I was walking to the table, before I even had a chance to sit down what I wanted to drink."
