"Creek House Honey Farm The gift shop had a lot of nice things and I was expecting to be a regular customer. But after yesterday’s experience (2/17/24) I won’t be returning again. We visited last week and bought quite a few things, but when I got home I noticed I was charged more for some items than what was marked on them. When I went back to the gift shop there were two ladies at the counter. The one at the register was nice enough, but the other lady was not. I told them I had some items that were overcharged. After they looked at them and saw the marked price, they said that they were mismarked. The young gal at the register asked, “What do you want us to do about it?” There was no, “I’m sorry; we’ll take care of it.” Or, “Thank you for bringing this to our attention.” I told her, “I would like a credit, please.” All I received in return was silence. Then after a few moments the other lady with a stony, bothered face, said, “What she’s asking is, do you want a credit on your card or store credit?” I said, “I didn’t get that from that.” (And that’s not what she asked anyway). I told the angry woman, (who I guess was either the store manager or the owner because the younger gal deferred to her), that I would like a credit on my credit card. After processing the credit they said it would amount to $4.33. I know that’s not a lot, but I purchased 8 of the items, and we were on our way to visit some friends who only live 2 miles from the honey farm, so I thought I’d stop by and get it corrected. I’m not upset because the items were mismarked. Mistakes happen. It was the attitude that got to me. When I told them about the error, I received angry looks and silence. When I was leaving I told them, “Thank you for your help.” (No comment from either one). Then I said, “Good-bye.” (Just silence and more of the angry face). There wasn’t a “You’re welcome” or a “Good-bye.” They clearly didn’t want my business, so I won’t be giving them mine anymore."

"Been here several times, my favorite meal to get is the common tator, without the meat but it’s still very tasty. Their berry jam cider is to die for. Go on Tuesdays for $5 potatos. They are very huge too. Their bees knees grilled cheese is very good too. I get it on Thursday for 25% student & senior discount. Also, their root beer is very tasty:))"

"I have received gifts from family who live locally and recently had the opportunity to shop in store myself (Feb 2024.) I love the Baby Bee line for my little ones. The staff was helpful and everything was laid out nicely in store. My son (age 12) was especially interested in sampling all the honey testers you had out. Keep up the good work!"

"I took a group of 15 to have lunch and shop at Creek House. Everyone enjoyed their lunches and the atmosphere. I had the Strawberry Fields salad and it was the best salad I’ve had in the Amarillo/Canyon area."
