"Wish I had seen the reviews sooner. Cashier was friendly the girl making my drink was super rude w a bad tude. I had to correct her on making my drink twice and this is what I got. Two inches short of a full drink."
"I wish I could give a higher rating. I have gone here four times this month to get some cold brew and they were out of stock three out of four times. Since that is the only drink I like from Starbucks, I will have to find a different coffee place. When they do have cold brew in stock, I think this place is great. They just need to manage their inventory better."
"They always make my drink wrong. I’m a fellow barista in Amarillo and I try to be nice and ask them about it, most of the time they’re rude and will argue with me on how the drink is made."
"I went here on two mornings back to back. The first morning they were missing strawberry purée and my drink tasted off even though I usually alternate between adding strawberry purée or not. The second morning was better. Service was good both days but the guy in the second morning was extra pleasant. Placing my order took more than 20 minutes on both days, even exceeding 30 minutes on the second day."
"I usually like them and think it's pretty good but right now they're out of almost everything. They don't have lemonade or mocha and I think they're out of their simple syrup. They can't except gift card or do trenti cold cups. I can't even get a chai tea latte without having to substitute a bunch of stuff that then makes the latte taste off."
