McDonald's

"This place needs better workers with better customer service they were in a hurry to finish my order for me and cut me off on what i was going to order for my family. I pulled up to the next window to get my food the girl quickly handed me my bag and slammed the window shut not a thank you or anything and walked away. I did not get the right items I could not go in to let them know since I had to be on my way this place sucks for service in the morning and it was not busy at all and I can now see why since the service sucks they use to have better workers that were polite and helpful"

"The bathrooms are locked and you have to order before you can use it that's the only McDonald's in town like that, and my sister is pregnant and that doesn't work. The employees are rude and they've got our food wrong before. They hardly come out in the lobby to clean it, watched another customer pick up a mess that someone left."

"Whew! Wrong McDonald's to stop at. Should have known whe they had Cypher door locks on the bathrooms and had to ask cashier to open (who probably handles cash and food as well). Hope they wash their hands... Anyhow, then a bum walks in with an empty cup to get his "refill " on a cup he probably dug out of the trash. Then it made sense! Going to leave, cars loitering in the drive (not parked) made me wonder what the "deal" was? Perhaps it was just a wrong place / wrong time thing."

"NO customer CARE service. I drove up and no answer. Second guy pulls up to bay 2, takes his order. Then she comes to me. I had my order ready! So I told her, I was here 1st. This little girl said to me, "well, I asked you what you wanted but you didn't answer me so I moved to him!" I replied back, no you didn't ask me because I had my order ready to go. "Well, anyways, what can I get ya?" I was furious and drove off. That was a 3rd disaster at this location and done!! I drove to the one on Ross and they were great!! I understand hiring kids for this job but these kids these days have ZERO customer CARE service. Never again. And no I don't eat McDonald's because it's disgusting!! So implying I shouldn't eat here is irrelevant. It was for my nephew. Trust me they won't be going back there either."

"Horrendous service. Avoid it!!! Do NOT go to this location. We waited 5 minutes to order even though there was only 1 car in front of us. They ran our card without verifying that the order was correct or that we were the right customers. They sent us to wait past the windows. We sat there for over 5 minutes waiting on our order. When someone finally came out, she said that we had been charged for another person's order and not our order so she wanted our credit card back to charge us. Or our card back to give us a refund and refused to give a $2 cash refund. So MULTIPLE employees screwed up and we had already been at this location for 10 minutes. She was apparently the manager and refused to give her name so I've attached pictures. This was from 10 to 10:15 on 12/31. We waited another 5 minutes for her to return the card and she never did so we went through the drive thru AGAIN to get our CC back. They FINALLY had our food ready and wanted to charge our card instead of giving us the refund. The manager name that is listed PUBLICLY is Anita F. (The name is posted publicly but I am not posting the full name)."
