"Ordered takeout after hearing how great the burgers are. It was a damned good burger. Fried mushrooms also great. The half fries/half rings, however, should never have been served. 6 minutes to my house, started eating soon as I came in. The fries were limp and wet. Onion rings were soggy. If if had dined in I would have sent them back. They weren’t cheap either."

"This little place in Amarillo is a gem. If you were to drive past, you would wonder why so many cars were parked outside such a small, old, non discrete building. We luckily had read reviews so we knew to stop. The interior has a fun old roadhouse vibe and is very small. The service is amazing, in fact, had it not been for our amazing server, I would have dropped this to a 4 star. The food was very good, especially the chili cheese fries, but our first plate of wings, came out with frozen insides. We were pretty grossed out. When we told the waitress, here shock, told me this was not normal and she was embarrassed. Without even asking, she made it right. She got us a new fresh plate and that was cooked to perfection and she took the charge from our bill. Her response earned back the other star. Not sure I will ever be in Amarillo again, but if I do, I will head back over."

"DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! If you’re passing through or local, stop here! I came right at opening, there was a line at the door (which is always a good sign). Only 2 waitresses, it was a tad of a wait but I was watching them run around tending to everyone so not upset at all. I got the hell burger, before and after was 5 minutes. That’s how good it was! IPA was a great pairing too. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Stopped in on the way to Colorado — very glad we did!! One of the best burgers I have had period. I had the Green Chile Cheese Burger. It was tremendous. Another member of my group had the BBQ Burger and said “This BBQ Burger Rocks!” The fries were quite good. The fries were better than the onion rings. Service was very friendly and fast! Very much recommend! I’d be a regular if I lived here."
