Starbucks

"Ordered iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso without cinnmon powder, but it came out without expresso for the 1st time. Asked them redo my order, but it came out with cinnamon. I ran out of time for waiting. Then they didnt remake my drink without any apology. Poor customer services. Please read the damn label before make any drink."

"The staff was very unfriendly. They greeted us at the door and told us they were closed. Everybody had to go through the drive-thru and there was then a long line. Even if you had a quick pickup."

"I used to like Starbucks but now only end up getting something because my husband still enjoys it. This location was recently remodled so it looks nicer than previously. Its always clean and the ambiance is welcoming as are most of the baristas. My main concern is that I feel these baristas haven't been trained properly because they end up screwing up my drinks every single time. I usually just ask for nonfat for the drinks and Decaf because as a breastfeeding mom I don't want to risk passing that onto my child(caffeine). I also can't handle regular milk too well but not a huge fan of the alternatives so nonfat is my go-to as a treat despite the slight repercussions lol. This would probably be my last time going here since I ordered nonfat, no whip, no foam and Decaf. Clearly there was whip cream and after taking a sip it's regular milk and regular espresso. The sticker is clear on the side yet the baristas failed again to make it the way it was ordered. My husband never asks for modifications so his drinks are always fine. I've known a couple other people who asked for mods get their drinks wrong too at this location. Perhaps it's too busy and they don't stop to make sure they're making the beverages right in order to keep up or they simply don't care. All I know is I don't recommend going here if you need any modification to your orders because it won't get done. If you simply need fast and friendly then I'd recommend this location."

"Most Starbucks are pretty much the same, but this one was less than the normal expectation. The place was extremely small and felt a bit unwelcoming. I don't even recall if there was anywhere to even sit. The coffee was pretty good, and the staff is what held the standard and saved the rating. If you go for the coffee, great; for the atmosphere, no."

"The staff is nice, but usually seem annoyed when I order breakfast and when I ask for advise on what kind of coffee to get they usually say there there is the menu to look at. The store is not very clean. Usually I get asked to pull around to wait for my breakfast sandwich. Today I was happy I was not asked as parking is a mess and the staff never finds me quickly. But, then I opened the bag to eat, (I attached a picture). Not bad it still tasted good but, the cheese had melted so I could not scoot it all over. UPDATE: The morning crew is still rude but the mid shift & evening crew are all helpful and nice. The food is always fresh and great tasting."
