"We ordered a McChicken meal and a nugget meal, the mcchicken had nothing on it except 2 pickles no sauce nothing. The nuggets were dry and our fry’s were cold I do not recommend this place a all"

"Employees were not doing their jobs correctly and manager was not either.resulted in a strong verbal confrontation. Employees were hanging out in the restaurant after work, distracting other workers, resulting in a NEGATIVE atmosphere !!! The food came out late, eventually one customer couldn't hold it and snapped at the manager and employee which resulted in a light confrontation. Maybe after that "push and shove" employees will start doing their jobs. Just dine elsewhere."

"What ever happened to offering something extra when they mess up on an order? And when they fixed the order, it was sloppy work. I mean, I get that it’s just McDonald’s, and you simply can’t expect much from a McDonald’s. But when you order a burger with mayonnaise, should the mayonnaise really be all on one side of the burger? For a word-wide multi-billion dollar company, and the way prices have gone sharply up in the last three years, could we at least expect some consistency? I didn’t ask for What-a-Burger quality. I understand that McDonald’s thing is to provide an average quality burger quickly. And I realize that employees of a McDonald’s don’t get the same salary I do as a truck driver (they certainly could if they made the same sacrifices I do and become truck drivers). And perhaps they’ve lost hope and simply don’t care and have no pride in their work. But the truth is that when I spend my money at an establishment, I’d really like to get decent service and a decent product. And if I can’t get that, then why on earth would I spend my hard earned money there? Yes, they corrected what they should have done right the first time. And they could have said, “Here’s an apple pie for your troubles. We really appreciate your business.” But, no, perhaps excellent customer service doesn’t exist at this particular McDonald’s. It makes me want to never order food at a McDonald’s again."

"The lady taking orders put the wrong order in despite asking us to repeat it multiple times and repeating it back. Asked if they had cups for the ketchup, and I'm sure she's been asked before so she might frustrated, but she said fairly loud "NO", so everyone was using the cup lids for ketchup instead. The lady obviously didn't want to be here, not that I blame her for that. Asked for the food "for here" they gave it to us in bags instead of the tray, there were 7 "wet floor" pylons out just in the McDonald's area (it's a small space so really unnecessary) two of the families tripped on them. The floors were not wet but the staff put them back after the families knocked them over. Would recommend going to the next McDonald's or somewhere else."
