"I work as a cashier. It's important to have great customer service. The tall white girl had this attitude that made me and many customers feel unwelcome. It's like you have to order a simple drink or else she will give you the eye roll type of attitude. It looks like she didn't wanna be there, she should not be doing the cashier in my opinion. Every Starbucks place outside Dumas are kind...welcoming. it's a job, you're supposed to be professional. Even if your having a bad day, still got to be welcoming or greet customers. The customers are paying your bills."
