"I just wanted to give the two ladies on shift last night a big thank you!!! I had had a horrible day yesterday & the kindness I was given was so appreciated!!! Thank you from the Chicken wrap minus the wrap add Asiago & Bacon lady✌️❤️ They made my meal exactly like I needed due dietary restrictions…it’s what I’m always going to order as the time was taken to see exactly how I could have the meal I was looking for…I’m so grateful!!! "employee on the drive through was nice but the other workers commented on my appearance multiple times while i was at the window. not talking to me, but making fun of me to each other, they'd left the drive through window open. super unprofessional and just childish. on top of that my drink was all ice , fries half full and they gave no sauce with my nuggets. bbq sauce from wendy's is really the best part."
"The staff and management at this location have gone through many changes. Lately they have improved through means of attrition or other such measures. This is a great location with easy access to the facility. Other than that, this is a typical Wendy’s."
"The manager is very very VERY rude at this location. It was 20 minutes before they closed and we came in to order a salad and wrap like we always do. The manager interrupted the girl taking our order and said we don’t have salads at all right now. So we order something else. Then we ordered kids meals for the kids and asked for no salt on the fries and the manager could be heard on the intercom making a noise as if she was bothered or upset about having to make fresh new fries without salt. After we ordered and went to the windows to pay the manager came up to the window upset and said we don’t have nuggets so I HAVE TO MAKE THEM FRESH AND WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE!!! I need you to move up!! So we moved up and she came out to hand is our order and just handed is the bag and walked off no thank you or have have a goodnight. Obviously she was not happy. We stayed there for a moment to separate the food and then she comes back out and said what are you waiting on? I need you to move because the car behind needs to get off my timer!!! This is one of worst Wendys in Amarillo!!!! Go to Western instead."
