"I was really thirsty and needed a drink fast. The staff member at the register was polite and took my order right away. Finally, a place with fountain drinks that have good carbonation!!!"
"Went through the drive through. I sat and watched several cars behind me get service and leave. It took 30 minutes before a manager came out asking me for my receipt. I gave her my receipt. It took another 15 minutes for them to bring out my food. Knowing that they messed up and chose not to rectify it until they found that I was upset and then they gave me a coupon for the meals that that I had ordered. Quality of food when I got home was poor, service was worse told the manager at the end that I felt that he was patronizing me. I told him I would not be coming back to the establishment .that I would give the coupons to my son worst experience at a restaurant ever ."
"The young male cashier greeted us nicely as we entered the establishment. After ordering the food the wait time to receive it was less than a minute. They bring the food out fast! The food taste great, pricing is good, and the serving portion was good as well. My family and I will most definitely eat there again."
"Unfortunately, our experience at Chop Chop was disappointing. While driving through Amarillo we decided to find the highest rated restaurant we could and eat there. Considering that this place had a 4.7 rating with over a thousand reviews, we had to find out what this was all about! But having tried it, I can't imagine how this restaurant was rated higher than everywhere else. Don't get me wrong, it's an okay fast food Chinese place, but the food we were served was bland, overcooked, and not particularly tasty. I had the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice, but they forgot to bring the teriyaki. When I did get some teriyaki sauce, it was as runny as water and it did nothing to add flavor to the overcooked chicken or the flavorless rice. Outside of the actual food quality, the rest of our experience was not great either. There was a pricing discrepancy between the menu on the wall and what the register attempted to charge, the staff was new and not very aware of the menu or processes, and we were even bugged by flies at the table. I can't give more than 3 stars, and I feel that's a little generous. We were left wishing we had tried another local establishment because I don't think this can be representative of the top restaurants in Amarillo."
