"The food was not Mexican style. Shall I say something you can make at home a lot of flavors and taste were definitely missing. It did not taste like Mexican food at all. I was more like a another Taco Bell and Taco Bell may have been a little bit better sad to say."
"Joe Taco is an established Tex-Mex spot in the hospital district. I've been a few times over the years, just recently with colleagues. Not a lot on the menu really stood out, but I settled on a combo smothered fajitas. Flavor wise the food was good. For the price I was a little disappointed in the portion. After tax in before tip it was more than $18 for the dish. If my colleagues wanted to come back I might try something else, but this would not be my first choice for Tex-Mex food."
"Excellent food, flavor, service, atmosphere, and portions. They got us lots of chips and salsa. The salsa wasn't spicy, they kept bringing the chips and salsa and it was a lot of salsa too. The food itself tasted good and was fairly priced. The service is above and beyond. Elysa was really helpful in giving us the history of where the name Joe comes to the chain, and recommendations for other restaurants too."
"It was my first time coming here. The service and the food were amazing! I highly recommend the heaven burrito and the deep fried jalapeños! They are spicy but sooo good! Chips and salsa were also on point! If you want great food and fast and friendly service you should come here!"
"We went for supper. Not too busy seated right away. Margarita was very good . Appetizer guacamole was very large. I had the fajita enchiladas they were fantastic. I love my onions cooked all the way thru and the chicken was very good. Lots of cheese. My wife had the street tacos with Brisket. She said they were very good as well. Was so full I did not try the beans or rice. Plenty to take home. We will be back."
