"Twice in a row get pulled up to a waiting spot. Both time my order took over 20 min and wrong order. Once again today got told to pull up and still missing a burger."
"The service was great and fast, but I think it was too fast, because they forgot to put the four patties in the Big Mac. Instead they gave me a regular Big Mac with two slices of Tomatoes! It was funny but I did pay for that specific burger and didn't get it. Next time I'll have to check good because I got a yelling when I got home."
"This place needs a serious revamp on crew and management. Placed our order(because this place is what my daughter wanted for her birthday) via the half broken kiosk only to have wait no less than 30 minutes for something I KNOW takes less than 10 minutes to cook and prepare only for my food to be horribly wrong. What if the modification to the food was because of an allergy? Do you just not care or? I will NOT be visiting this location at ANY time in the near or far future because every time we go its something. Manager isn't there EVER and leaves their crew there to struggle on their own. And this company wonders why the sales are constantly dipping..... I wonder why?"
"Walked in this morning, couldn't go through the drive thru because I was pulling a trailer. No big deal, walked in, stood there for about 5 minutes at the counter waiting to order. Had two employees and a shift manager see me standing there. A few more minutes go by and the shift manager tells me to use the self order kiosk... Pathetic service, I walked out. I didn't come into your store to do self checkout. I refuse. What is the world coming to when you can't even talk to a real person to order a dang McMuffin? Where is the customer service and personal interaction?"
