"AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Every time I do an online order or order through drive through they’re closed ! hours of operation say 6-11pm. Never fails that they close at 9pm or 10 pm and they refuse to cancel the order."
"Like any other McDonald’s. Fast food there about all the same. The organization that owns the Amarillo and surrounding chain don’t respond well to complaints and most of the time reply to a complaint and will give corporate number rather than a store number so it’s impossible to ever get a hold of a store."
"Just took my boys to get breakfast and I didn’t get all the food I ordered. I told an associate and he acted annoyed I was speaking to him. We sat in the mobile pickup area for 15 minutes while orders were delivered and still never got the food or acknowledged that we were sitting there waiting. I couldn’t go inside because my boys didn’t wear shoes in the car we just loaded and went. So now they have my money and I didn’t even get the food I ordered. I’m now frustrated, hungry and not returning anytime soon."
"Great prices especially when you use the app and pay attention to deals, rewards and shareables. $10.19 20 piece nuggets with 2 medium fries. Much cheaper than 2 10 piece orders. No drinks. Also, it gave me the best bundle price even when I was unaware of that special."
"Took my 10 yr old grandson in, service was prompt. However, had to ask for our cups for drinks. There were only 3 customers in the dining area and they got 2 of the orders wrong(one order wrong twice). The crew was horse playing around in the kitchen and cursing like no other. I brought it to the manager’s attention and she replied “yeah I can’t control them and laughed it off”. Maybe she is not manager material?"
