"new dude at night makes such a big deal when you come in and makes you feel like you're making his night so much worse. if you don't like your job then get a new one. the last two night shift girls were great, always made you feel welcome. new dude sucks, def going to drive out of my way to a different gas station."
"If Family Express is going to offer free air, at least be consistent. I'm tired of pulling up needing air only to find "out of order" on the tank. Keep your stuff maintained or don't offer it at all. This is the third family Express I've encountered this. Going to take my business elsewhere from now on."
"Miranda is a terrible cashier I was purchasing gas and alcohol as two separate purchases and I purchased gas first and alcohol second, she proceeds to read my ID wrong 3 times and proceeded to try to “verify “ my ID 2 different other ways such as holding it to the light and scanning it multiple times and taking up more time which caused my gas to time out then said it’s my fault because I “picked up the wrong pump” and wouldn’t give me the gas , that my account has on a temporary hold for. Even said “ you want me to take the money out of my own pocket? “ Poor attitude and offered no resolution"
"Friendly down to Earth staff... local gas station... gets busy just like any other... just wish they served more alc ..... ooh and their firewood is always stacked which is a plus on those summer nights"
