"I’m give this location a one star I ask two people for help for the shoes section wait 30 min for help . Decide to ask one more person for help luckily she was able just sad you have to hunt for someone to help I’ll be sticking to the location inside the mall."
"I went there after getting off work at 7 am. I mostly buy groceries at walmart. However, this store is not a big store. It's more like a quick stop. There is no produce department in this store and it's really small. No, I did not find everything I was looking for."

"Came in yesterday to check for a tennis shoe I saw in the Macy's app and was greeted by "Joy" over by shoes. She was so very helpful, polite, and patient. They didn't have the shoe I was looking for, but I still had a great experience and she even brought me a very similar shoe from the back to check out. Joy has excellent customer service/sales skills and I appreciate her help greatly! Thanks a ton! :)"
"Honestly for me, it's perfect. It carries my favorite brands (I.N.C., DKNY, Anne Taylor & a few more). It offers current trends in its selections and the dressing rooms are large and plenty, and well lit. Greeted by the delicious smells of perfume, but not overwhelming, followed by makeup and hair care (the latter new to me at Macy's). Great selection of shoes and jewelry plus accessories. Men's and kids sections a little smaller, walked thru but didn't really look in detail. The larger Macy's are great but often overwhelming for those of us who like to look through everything and see all options before making a decision (like me lol). My new favorite store hands down & can't wait to go back without my kiddo in tow. Btw, Shonda checked me out & was amazing. Also whomever was working in makeup when I came in was hosting a great presentation to a group of customers. Thank you Macy's and Highland IN for bringing this new version to us! I love it!"
