Bluhm County Park, located at 3855 South 1100 West in Westville, Indiana, United States, is a beautiful tourist attraction that was generously donated by Gayle and Lucille Bluhm in 1992. Spanning 96 acres, the park boasts a variety of natural landscapes including spring wildflowers, upland forest, wetlands, prairie, and a pond. Visitors can enjoy a range of amenities such as nature trails, paved trails, picnic shelter rentals, picnic tables, playgrounds, restrooms, and a No-Leash Dog Exercise Area.
The park is known for its stunning wildflower displays and diverse wildlife. The east side of the property offers accessible playgrounds that promote speech, language, and cognition development. Additionally, history buffs and outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Lincoln Memorial Trail, a 1.5-mile trail that runs through the park and connects to the abandoned Monon Railroad corridor.
The LaPorte County Parks Department is working on expanding the trail system to connect Purdue Northwest in Westville, providing even more opportunities for outdoor recreation. Whether you're looking to enjoy a leisurely walk, go birdwatching, or simply relax in nature, Bluhm County Park has something for everyone to enjoy.

"A peaceful park to spend time at! There is a newer playground and restrooms. The dog run area is more than enough space for many dogs to run around. The walking trail runs through a wooded area, marshy area, and prairie that fills with wildflowers."
"This hidden gem of the LaPorte County Park system contains a dog park, pavement bike trails and also a dirt trail system. Located in Westville and surrounded by farm field it is a beautiful area that is not visited as much as some of parks in the area. There is a shelter that can be rented for gatherings and bathrooms on site."
