"I am a new customer. Initial appointment took longer to schedule than I expected. But understand that. Follow-up appointment and problem resolution was methodical. Requested the technician to wear shoe cover and was done immediately. Work and clean up were good, but expected. Front desk was courteous as well. I plan to recommend this business to my friends."

"Had them come initially for a Chimney cleaning. The service tech cleaned the ceramic logs with a brush, ran a camera up the chimney, and vaccumed the firebox area. I was advised that although it had never been cleaned in 35 years, and for most of that time had been log burning, it was clean enough and did not need to be swept. The logs were put back and vermiculite reset. Took about an hour. I was told that even without the cleaning it would be the same price of $350 for the inspection. The tech was fine, but for that price would expect something more or at least the sweeping to be done. I will be going with another company next time."
